Fusion Bank a new virtual bank wanted to create awareness of their new virtual bank in Hong Kong and decided to launch an experience center. They came to us to look for a unique proposition of the experience center to target both investors and the masses.

As a new virtual bank, we want to project a new vision in banking of the future - the be more effortless, fun, and instantaneous.
In this experience center, we created different journeys to exemplify wellness, home entertainment, retail, and travel of the future.

In the future, we shouldn’t be carrying any wallets. With an RFID bracelet, it could automatically track who you are and pay.
In this journey, each guest is given a small number of virtual dollars to spend. They can buy or rent a movie and in the end, they can view a summary of the financial journey and get a recommendation solution that might be best for them.

The future of your living room is no longer static. We wanted to create a payment application that would allow users to browse products and services in augmented reality. Users could interact and explore with products and services that they wanted to view. Then using gesture control offered natively by the Holo lens 2, users were able to use the surrounding environment to place objects, make selections and expand or rotate products.

We created an interactive mirror that would allow users to check and monitor their health in the home bathroom. They could also get health tips and purchase insurance on the interactive mirror as well.

The idea of the future store will be unmanned and fully automated from payment to inventory. When you walk into the store, it automatically detects who you are. Whenever a user picks the product from the shelf, it automatically replenishes itself by a robot. As a user walks out from the gate, it tracks all the items and shows how much they have to spend.

The future of travel will be fully personalized with recommendations, promotions, and tips. When a user travels to a foreign country, they could see AR content like reviews, directions, and promotions on their iPad.

The application was part of a larger experience where users were given a virtual currency to explore the different interactions that were located around the experience center. Users could use this virtual currency with a payment gateway that we had created that would eventually visualize how the user had been spending their virtual money and make recommendations on financial solutions that might be best for them.
